BoilerBuzz began as a response to a common challenge faced by Purdue students: discovering organizations, tracking meetings, and finding communities to belong to. What started as a two-person project eventually reached a point where we decided to conclude our collaboration after accomplishing the goals we initially set out to achieve. However, I became increasingly passionate about the concept and saw its potential to become something more, so I chose to continue developing the project independently. Through additional research, user flows, wireframes, and iterative prototyping, I refined the experience into the high-fidelity product I believed it deserved. Every design decision was guided by the goal of reducing friction between students and the opportunities available to them, resulting in an intuitive platform that supports both students seeking involvement and organizations looking to grow their communities.
